In 2003, Val d’Europe entered its third phase of development. The elected representatives of Val d’Europe gave the go-ahead for the continuation of the Euro Disney project, subject to certain conditions namely: budgetary equilibrium between the SAN and municipalities, habitat/economic balance, an inviting setting for the inhabitants.
