The SAN provides for and manages all the facilities and infrastructure needed for Val d'Europe and the five municipalities of Bailly-Romainvilliers, Chessy, Coupvray, Magny le Hongre and Serris (bus stations, parking facilities, public transport). In collaboration with the Syndicat Intermunicipal des Transports (Intermunicipal Transport Association) it also contributes to the development of bus lines serving Val d'Europe and its neighbouring municipalities. Val d'Europe is privileged in that it has access to resources which enable the area to develop in a way that respects the quality of life and to achieve an ambitious objective namely: the provision of environmentally-friendly means of travel.

Road and motorway access

Val d'Europe lies at the heart of a dense road and motorway network. There are several means of access available:
Via the South - 3 means of access from the A4 motorway: Exit no. 12.1 leading to the Urban Centre and the Val d'Europe Shopping Centre. Exit no. 13 leading to the municipality of Serris. Exit no. 14 leading to the Disney Park Hotels, the Val de France Hotels, the International Business Park and the municipalities of Bailly-Romainvilliers, Magny le Hongre, Chessy and Coupvray. - Nearby the A104 Francilienne (road encompassing the Parisian region) providing access to Roissy airport. - Nearby the A86 motorway
Via the North - RN 34 linking Paris to Coulommiers passing through Lagny-sur-Marne.

| RER |
- Line A of the RER links Chessy-Marne-la-Vallée to Cergy-Pontoise, Saint-Germain-en-Laye, and Boissy, passing through the centre of Paris (Nation, Châtelet, Charles de Gaulle - Etoile…). - The RER operates everyday from 6.15am to 12.15 am. - Val d'Europe has two RER stations Chessy/Marne-la-Vallée and Val d'Europe/Serris/Montévrain. Bus network

Val d'Europe benefits from the PEP'S bus network managed by the Syndicat Intermunicipal des Transports (Intermunicipal Transport Association) which also covers Val de Bussy (sector III of Marne-la-Vallée). The main centres of activity in Val d'Europe are thus all linked to each other. 37 TGV trains travel daily through the Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy station.
