As the chosen site for the development of the Euro Disneyland project, every year Val d'Europe hosts millions of visitors at its theme parks, Shopping Centre and La Vallée Shopping outlet village. Val d'Europe is already an address of international renown.

In addition, Val d'Europe is a rapidly growing urban settlement offering all the constituent facets of a town and thus featuring numerous services for companies. These include:

Destined to become a major urban centre for the Eastern part of the Parisian region, Val d'Europe receives special subsidies from the State, Ile-de-France Regional Council, Seine-et-Marne Departmental Council, the SAN and Municipalities in the framework of a partnership agreement signed between the private and public sector in 1987 for the creation of the Euro Disneyland project in France. Subsidies take the form of significant investments which guarantee longevity and security for the development of Val d'Europe.

Proof of the balance that exists in Val d'Europe is the rate of its business tax which is both stable and attractive (12.84% as opposed to the national average of 15.21%) - one of the cheapest in the Parisian region.
